However, their dynamic year-on-year growth has led to increased complexity in their internal processes, making reporting and business forecasting more difficult. We were therefore asked to help sort, untangle and classify the processes and their impact, and from this to identify appropriate reporting tools, KPIs and effective, simple planning models. We have followed up initial projects with longer term, broader engagements involving a mix of business analysis, external financial management or help with project IS implementation.
